What basic requirements must be met to consider a possible collaboration?

Permissible legal forms: AG, GmbH (all others excluded)
Company age: company must have been entered in the commercial register for at least 3 years
VAT number: company must have had a VAT number for at least 3 years
Sales volume per year: at least 50 vehicles
Average age of vehicles in the fleet: max. 5 years
Maximum mileage of the vehicles in the fleet: max. 150’000 kilometers
Average sales price: at least CHF 20’000
Own premises: sales area and sales office must be available
Own workshop: an advantage
Vehicles in stock: at least 25

Ideally, all vehicles should be listed on a sales portal (Autoscout, car4you, etc.).
